INTERLOCK JERSEY & DOUBLE JERSEY
Interlock fabric is a type of double knit fabric. This type of knit results in thicker, stronger, stretchy, and more durable fabric than other types of knit fabric. Even with these qualities, it is still a very affordable fabric. Interlock fabric can be made out of both natural and synthetic fibers. Still, to give it the most optimal characteristics, such as breathability and softness, natural fibers are preferred. Some of the most common natural fibers to make interlock are cotton, silk, and wool.

FRENCH TERRY
French terry is a knit fabric similar to jersey, with loops on one side and soft piles of yarn on the other. This knit results in a soft, plush texture ,as is comfortable fabric that is usually made mostly or entirely of cotton. French terry fabrics are frequently made of 100 % cotton, but they can also be created by blending cotton fibers with a small amount of spandex, lycra, rayon, or polyester, as well as organic soy or cotton fibers

Fleece is a soft, fuzzy fabric made to keep you warm! The word “fleece” derives from what we call a sheep’s coat, even though modern fleece isn’t usually made from sheep’s wool. PIQUE KNIT JERSEY
When it comes to textiles, cotton and polyester are the most widely known materials. With piqué, on the other hand, most people don’t even know that it actually is a (knit) fabric. Piqué – also called Marcella – is a so-called double weave, which is usually made from cotton and is set-apart by upright parallel cords and geometric patterns in the fabric. TWILL COTTON – PEACH FINISH
Peaching is a finishing process we use on the poly cotton for our drill tops. After weaving, fabric is stretched while drying… It’s called peaching because it’s supposed to make the fabric feel like the fur on a peach. This process gives a fabric a nice, soft feel and makes it more comfortable to wear. TRICOT FABRIC
Tricot is a warp-knit fabric. This means it has continuous lengthwise columns of loops. Warp knitting differs from weft knitting by having each needle loop its own thread. The needles produce parallel rows of loops that create the interlocked zigzag pattern seen below. tricot fabrics are a special kind of fabric which have a very soft, smooth and thin texture. SHERPA FLEECE FABRIC
Sherpa fleece is a heavyweight and fluffy knit fabric, napped with a sheep-like fluffy pile on one side and smooth knit fabric on the other side. Typically made out of cotton, polyester, or acrylic fibers—or a combination of the three Sherpa can sometimes be made of wool or even bamboo. While it is very warm, Sherpa fabric mostly gets used as a lining inside other fabrics. It does a great job trapping heat in its soft, faux-wool nap.

WATERPROOF PU COATED FABRIC
This is a Polyurethane coated Nylon Fabric, its face material is a nylon fabric with water-repellent finish, its back material is a waterproof breathable Polyurethane coating. It is water and wind resistant, waterproof, breathable, durable, i deal for Shell Jacket, Ski suit, Skiwear, etc. It will require a 3rd protective layer ,PU coated Fabrics have a high level of breathability which complements its rugged performance. However, being breathable while still being water resistant is a much taller order.

 

CORDURA FABRIC
Cordura is a collection of synthetic fiber-based fabric technologies used in a wide array of products including , backpacks, trousers, military wear and performance apparel. Cordura fabrics are usually made of nylon, but can be a blend of nylon with cotton or other natural fibers Cordura® is 100% water proof, non-porous, and water beads up and rolls off. Cordura® is also self extinguishing and will not act as an accelerant in a fire.
